It is reported that in order to help new teachers strengthen their professional ethics, quickly adapt to their positions, and lay a solid foundation for education and teaching, the Municipal Education Bureau has carried out training for new teachers for 15 consecutive years. The pre job intensive training will last for two weeks, with four main themes: professional ethics and professional conduct, classroom teaching and professional development, life education and class management, and professional ethics and image. Each theme will be taught on-site by education experts and renowned teachers from both inside and outside the city.
