Recently, at the construction site of the new water supply pipe for the supporting road (Phase I) project in the Southwest Park of Yuyao Economic Development Zone, workers are laying the water supply pipe network along both sides of the Liangzhou Road. The on-site administrator of the municipal water company introduced that the project is a supporting project for the construction of the Liangzhou Line Elevated (Phase I), which started at the end of March and is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
The total investment of the new water supply network construction project is 14.4368 million yuan, starting from Nanlei South Road in the south and ending at Nanlanjiang Road in the north, with a total laying length of over 10 kilometers. The project adopts a differentiated construction plan, except for the use of overhead bridge pipes for crossing the river channel, all others are constructed by excavation. It is worth noting that at the end of last year, the DN800 water supply pipe relocation project and the DN1000 original water pipe construction project, both of which are supporting projects for the Liangzhou Line Elevated (Phase I), were successfully completed. After the completion of the DN200-DN500 water supply pipe project, all supporting water supply projects involved in the construction of the Liangzhou Elevated Road (Phase I) will be completed, which can provide important support for the upgrading of the regional water supply system.
On that day, Qinggang Village in Moushan Town and the construction site of the new booster pump station in Xingshan Lake were also busy. Since the start of construction last month, the project has progressed rapidly, and the main structure has now been completed. It is expected that the construction of the main structure will be completed in May. Subsequently, pressurization and chlorination equipment will be added, and this pump station will become the "hydraulic heart" to improve the water environment for residents in Huangjiabu Town and Linshan Town. According to the project leader, with the Xingshan Lake midway booster pump station, it is like installing an "intelligent throttle" on the water supply network, which can further stabilize the water pressure, improve water supply safety, and optimize the water use experience. The water supply pipe renovation project in Jianmin Village, Xiaocao'e Town, the expansion project of flow meters in the main water supply pipeline of Huangjiabu Town, and the cement pipe renovation project of Yunhe Water Plant Road in Mazhu Town are also progressing in an orderly manner.
At the same time, the secondary water supply renovation project focusing on the water quality of the "last mile" has pressed the "fast forward button". Among them, the secondary water supply renovation project involving 14 mid to high rise residential communities in the urban area has been completed and connected to water, which means that residents of these communities can completely bid farewell to the troubles of "not being able to access water and not being able to calculate water bills". The "micro renovation" project of Jinyuan Community in Linshan Town is more ingenious. Originally, the low-level users in the community shared a water supply pipeline with the secondary water supply system. Instead, a separate inlet pipeline will be laid for the secondary water supply system, directly connecting to the external water supply main to eliminate pressure interference between the two and ensure the stability of water pressure for low-level users.
