Yuyao Information Technology Promotion Association, founded on 24 August 2014 and affiliated to Yuyao Economic and Information Technology Bureau, is designated for providing services on smart city development, industrial and information technology integration, information security and information technology development, intelligence, smart technologies, talents, technology information, etc.. The association has 95 enterprise members.

Major Responsibilities:

1/ To organize activities on smart city information technology design and consulting, technical exchanges and forums, and science and technology production, learning and researches;

2/ To provide consulting services on integration of industrialization and information technology, technological cooperation and business training;

3/ To provide services and products related to smart city development and smart social design and consulting;

4/ To provide protection and information security design consulting, vulnerability scanning and testing and evaluation;

5/ To carry out training programs for information technological talents, talents for the integration of industrialization and information technology and information security staff;

6/ To actively participate in scientific demonstration and evaluation of information technology development and put forth suggestions;

7/ To organize investigations and researches on the status quo and problems of information technology development and put forward solutions for government institutions’ references;

8/ To promote communication and contact among information technology service providers, to promote excellent implementation schemes for the development of information technology, and to promote successful cases;

9/ To actively organize a variety of activities to enhance enterprises’ information technology, to help enterprise Directors to enhance their influence in the company;

10/ To assist government institutions to organize and arranges researches on information technology application;

11/ To standardize trade services, to guide enterprises to develop a healthy and orderly information technological market;

12/ To undertake other missions deployed by governmental institutions.
