Recently, the Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau launched a special safety production inspection campaign on all construction sites in the city, consolidating the safety responsibilities of all parties and improving the safety level of construction in the city. As of now, a total of 252 construction sites have been inspected, covering residential projects and large-scale factory sites in the urban area. 453 inspections have been carried out, and 1401 safety hazards have been identified and rectified, including 16 major hazards; 36 construction sites were completely shut down, and 7 construction sites were registered and punished.

The industrial housing project of Wanyang Zhongchuangcheng (located on the south side of Xingbin Road and the west side of Haitao Road) is located in the Sino Italian Ningbo Ecological Park. It is an industrial small and micro park project with a construction area of 396789.49 square meters. Inspectors have found that there are significant safety hazards at the construction site, such as the lack of upright poles in the middle of the outermost beam bottom of the high formwork (7.5m high), the anchoring method of the profile steel unloading platform, and the inconsistency with the laying and special plans between the building structure. Therefore, the inspectors immediately issued a notice of suspension and rectification to the project, urging it to rectify promptly. At present, the project has resumed construction after strict rectification according to the plan.

It is reported that the special investigation and rectification action began in early May, focusing on limited space, high-altitude operations, full chain electrical welding operations, on-site fire safety, market behavior, and other contents. During this period, inspectors went deep into the site to check whether the construction unit and construction unit had accurately identified and effectively controlled major accident risks, and whether the main project leaders and key personnel were strictly on duty to perform their duties; On the other hand, it is necessary to inspect the implementation of quality and safety standardization construction in the construction unit, and conduct spot checks on the replacement of outdated processes and equipment within a limited time.
