Yuyao Electronic Industry Association, derived from Yuyao Electronics Society in October 1980, is a nonprofit industrial association for enterprises who are involved in research, manufacturing, application and sales of electronic products and relevant research institutes and organizations.

Thanks to the geological location in the Yangtze River Delta and favorable economic development basis, the electronic industry in Yuyao has been developing a long time with now a variety of kinds of products, developed by numerous talents. The industry in Yuyao covers materials, devices, machines, industrial control equipment, mechanical and electronic integration and system applications and is especially specialized in temperature measurement, weighing, flow measurement, photoelectric module, medical equipment, power monitoring, sensor manufacturing and measurement and control, precision instrument manufacturing, large electromechanical integration equipment, wire plug and LED manufacturing. The association has developed a great platform for its members to search for potential development, for delivery of the latest information, for enterprises to better engage in e-commerce sales and to participate in exhibitions,for international communication, trading protection, and for brand development consulting, public technology services and development supporting.
