The first force is to enlarge the range of employment. According to the reality that the unified planning of labor insurance in the city and the countryside was completed very early, the newly released employment policy has enlarged the range to the labor throughout the city and the countryside and enlarged the original range of employment supported objective from the laid-off in the collective enterprise in cities and towns to the labor throughout the city and county in order to eliminate the employment barriers between the city and the countryside completely. The second force is to increase the employment subsidies. The welfare system of position subsidies is released so as to solve the problem of the people who were born in the 40’s and 50’s and were unwanted by most employers and this system helped this group of people with re-employment by providing the welfare position subsidies. The third force is to increase the investment to boost the employment and the re-employment. On the basis of RMB 8 million that is used to boost re-employment, this year another RMB 3 million will be added as the fund for the welfare position subsidies and the technique training subsidies for the farmers who work in the city.
