The first mode is the cooperation of research training. With the research of topics as the main line, the headmaster research class cooperated with Zhejiang Education Institute developed many cadre headmasters. The second mode is school-exchange chasing consultation training. The excellent schools have been selected as the chasing objects for the chief headmasters of middle schools to carry out the “school-exchange chasing” activities with their counterparts in the next county (or city) and the chief headmasters of the central schools in the villages and towns (or the neighborhood) and the counterparts of city will carry out the “school-exchange chasing” activities. The third mode is the in-position and apprentice-appended training. The objective of this kind of training within the city are part of the primary school headmasters, who are supposed to receive the training for 1 year in the primary schools that are located in the original old region and function the tutorship; the objective of such training outside the city are mainly part of the headmasters of middle school, who are supposed to receive a 3-year training in the famous schools in Shanghai and Hangzhou. The fourth mode is the headmaster-participated forum training. Two “Headmaster Forums” with “the professional development of teachers” as the main topic will be held. |
