The first step is to strengthen the complement of infrastructure. During the period of reconstruction of old residential districts, the realty management occupancies will be rebuilt, repaired or bought back. The second step is to continue the covering the maintenance expenses for the planting and cleaning of the old residential districts. The third step is to provide relevant preferential duties to the realty management companies that take over the old residential districts. The fourth step is to permit the charge of parking based on the approval of owners to compensate the realty management. The fifth step is to allow the exempt of comprehensive realty management service charge for poor families and the charge will be repaid by the fiscal section. The sixth step is to give priority to the realty management company that took over the old residential district in the earlier stage open bidding for the newly built residential district realty district. The seventh step is to implement realty management in the old residential district that is reconstructed. The remuneration paid to the realty management unit is calculated on the basis of RMB2/m2.
