The first measure is to develop the subject of innovation and enhance the competitive ability. So far, the investment for the technical reform of the agricultural enterprises has reached RMB 8,500,000. There are 36 newly declared development projects and 3,000 acres of newly developed enterprise base. Besides, 5 agricultural enterprises have passed ISO9000 quality certification and 3 of them are applying for the certification of nuisance-free base. The second measure is to innovate the management stereotype and develop the intermediary organizations. So far, there are 6 professional cooperatives, making the 4 major industries of neighborhood agriculture become the new management service stereotype of “top enterprises + cooperatives + farmers”. The third measure is to transform the production method and implement the green production. The green and nuisance-free production is vigorously imposed through practicing the methods of source control, technical training, social supervision, etc to assure the agricultural products are green and nuisance-free; the ecological high-efficiency mode of the rotation of chickens and rice, the shared rear of rice and ducks. The farming area has reached 1,000 acres and the quantity of domestic fowls is 150,000.
