Last morning, for the Organization Projects Ningbo Plastic Research Institute held a signing-contract ceremony in Yuyao Hotel. Zhu Xiaobei, the deputy mayor of Ningbo City, Ren Lingbai and Ren Anfeng, the superintendent and deputy superintendent of 53rd Research Institute of China Weapon Industry Group, attended the signing-contract ceremony.

As we know, Ningbo Plastic Research Institute will be established by 53rd Research Institute of China Weapon Industry Group and the management committee of China Plastic Town. The 53rd Research Institute of China Weapon Industry Group is engaged in the application study of non-metallic material, and it owns the following titles: first-level stoichiometry station of Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defence, physical and chemical detection center of non-metallic material in weapon industry, the national trade-heck laboratory for non-metallic material. China Plastic Town in our city is largest distributing center of plastic raw and processed materials, plastic supplementary materials, and finished products all over our country. The establishment of Ningbo Plastic Research Institute emblematizes that military science and technology has successfully combined with local economy, and it will make important role on the combination of military technology and local economy, and the development of the plastic industry in our city.
